Building Automation/Monitoring

Philadelphia, PA

Multiple decades-old airflow systems across the University of Pennsylvania campus required custom mounting strategies to ensure accurate airflow monitoring, supporting their BAS optimization efforts. The sensors are now integrated with the building automation system, enabling more precise control of temperature and ventilation. This new system enables the university to improve energy efficiency, maintain occupant comfort and modernize its legacy HVAC infrastructure. Careful coordination with facilities and controls teams was critical to adapting solutions to each building’s unique constraints.
